2025-2026 Leadership Tryout Info

Hey gang!

I’m excited to announce the opening of leadership tryouts for the 2025-26 season! This is an incredible opportunity for personal growth and to make a meaningful impact on our team. Whether you're interested in one role or several, I encourage everyone to participate in the tryout process.

Timeline

All tryout requirements must be completed between now and April 30, 2025. This gives you plenty of time to prepare and put your best foot forward.
Required Components

Captain:

  • Leadership Tryout Form - A comprehensive application detailing your experience, goals, and vision for the role(s)

  • Self-Choreographed Routine - 1.5min - 2.5min video with music/moves of your choice that show your flagging ability (upload on Tryout Form)

  • Personal Interview - A one-on-one discussion about your leadership potential and ideas

Lieutenant:

  • Leadership Tryout Form - A comprehensive application detailing your experience, goals, and vision for the role(s)

Multiple Role Applications

You're welcome and encouraged to try out for multiple leadership positions. Each role may have specific additional requirements, so please ensure you complete all components for each position you're interested in.

What I’m Looking For

  • 2 Captains

  • 1-2 Lieutenants

  • 1-2 Team Community Coordinators
