Captain
Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of team experience (current Sophomores eligible)
Must have maintained at least 85% practice attendance record
Must have participated in at least 75% of team performances over the past season
Must demonstrate strong leadership qualities and be fully dedicated to the team's success
Must be available to support and mentor teammates both during and outside of practice hours
Must possess a strong work ethic, discipline, and genuine passion for dance
Additional recommended requirements:
Minimum GPA requirement (3.0 or higher)
No disciplinary records
Previous leadership experience (preferred)

Captain vs. Lieutenant:
